Whiskwell™ Pecan Oil — The Other Texas Gold™
Founded by Melissa in the fall of 2025, Whiskwell™ is dedicated to producing small-batch, organic Texas pecan oil and supporting Texas growers. Whiskwell™ Table is a curated collection of 20 recipes executed via The Southern Whisk™ that utilize both pecan oils: Texas Pecan Oil and Texas Garlic Pecan Oil,
both cold-pressed and organic.
Four categories including Sandwiches, Pastas, Salads, and Mains, the recipes are designed to highlight the versatility of Whiskwell’s oils across a range of flavors and cooking styles—from fresh and
light to bold and rustic.

Creamy, savory, super easy to make without standing over hot grease! Kick-up the health benefits by using pecan oil and freshly grated cheese. Recipe makes 12 enchiladas, double for large groups.
