Doesn't the very name Bourbon-Spiked Whipped Cream make your mouth water and evoke a mental image of you licking the beaters of an electric mixer? Same here. 1 Pint Organic Whipping Cream

1 C Organic Cane Sugar

1 T Madagascar Bourbon or Mexican Vanilla Extract

1 T Bourbon


Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, preferably glass, add cream and sugar.

  2. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, mix until cream begins to thicken.

  3. Add vanilla extract and bourbon; mix on high until stiff peaks form - about 5 - 7 minutes.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve!

Delicious over pie, fresh fruit, between two cookies, over pound cake with Lemon Curd and allll by itself.
