Cocktail Sauce
Sweet with a little kick, Cocktail Sauce, a.k.a. red sauce, reminds me of Christmas Eve shrimp cocktails, lump crab meat salads in the summertime, and seafood pizzas with my favorite mocktail by the water.
Elements
1 C Organic Ketchup or Organic Tomato Sauce
1 Large Lemon, Juiced
1 T Horseradish
1/4 C Celery, de-strung and finely chopped
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, chill and serve!
Add lump crab meat and finely chopped cilantro to enjoy a crab salad. I also like to spread evenly over flatbread and top with shrimp, crap and veggies for a seafood pizza.
