Chocolate Sauce
Homemade Chocolate Sauce is ten times better than the classic chocolate sauce you can purchase, and boy is it easy to make. Drizzle it over ice cream, enhance your milkshakes, moisten warm cakes and brownies, or use it as a dessert fondu dip.

2-1/4 C Organic Cane Sugar
3/4 C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1-1/2 T All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
1-1/2 C Milk
1 T Madagascar Bourbon or Mexican Vanilla Extract
Directions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add sugar, cocoa powder, sea salt and 1/2 cup of milk; whisk well.
Add remaining 1 cup of milk, stir and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and allow mixture to simmer for 3 - 5 minutes.
Add vanilla extract and remove from heat to cool.
Funnel sauce into jars or carafe of choice and refrigerate, once completely cooled, for up to two weeks in the refrigerator, covered.
