Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette (SBV) was, by far, my best selling dressing with Acqua Organics! I serve it over anything green, chicken and pork, ice cream and warm desserts. Bursting with juicy strawberries and the best Italian balsamic vinegar, you might wind-up in the broom closet with an empty jar, licking a spoon.

14 - 18 Organic Strawberries
1/4 C Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
4 T Alessi Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 C Organic Raw Honey
1 Tsp Tarragon
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Directions
In the bowl of a food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
