Savory Toast

 

Savory Toast is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and is packed with nutrients and flavor.
Variations could include avocado or mascarpone in lieu of hummus, as well as additions of egg, shallots, cucumbers, or olives!

2 Slices Ezekial Sesame Bread

2 T Hummus Spread

8-10 Small Tomatoes

2-3 tsp Non-Pareil Capers

3 Pinches Microgreens

1 tsp Balsamic Glaze or Raw Honey

Fresh Dill or Finely Grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Chopped Walnuts or Chia Seeds

Directions

Lightly toast bread and evenly spread hummus

Thinly slice tomatoes and add atop hummus

Add capers and micro greens to evenly coat tomatoes

Drizzle with desired amount of glaze or honey

Top with dill, cheese, nuts, or seeds and enjoy!
