Classic Martini
A Classic Martini, not to be mistaken for a vodka martini, should be savored and properly prepared. If you’re a lover of gin, I highly recommend Dolin or Tanqueray.

Elements
2 Ounces Gin
1 Ounce Dry Vermouth
Ice
Green Olives, Cocktail Onions or a Lemon Peel
Directions
In a shaker, add gin and dry vermouth.
Using a bar spoon, stir well; do not shake as it will bruise the gin.
Double-strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with olives, cocktail onions or a lemon peel.
serve!
Tip: Present your guest(s) with their martini by holding the stem of their glass, not the bowl, so as to not warm the cocktail with your body heat nor tarnish the frosted appearance. Yeah, it matters.
