Whipped Coffee

 

Whipped Coffee, also known as Dalgona Coffee, is trending and I’m here for it. You can use monkfruit if you’re avoiding sugar, and I’ve also garnished it with cocoa powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg when I wanted extra elements of flavor.

Elements

2 T Instant Granulated Coffee

2 T Granulated Sugar or Monkfruit

2 T Water

3 Pumps Flavored Syrup *optional*

1 to 1-1/2 C Whole, 2%, or Almond Milk

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, add first three ingredients.

  2. Beat on medium speed for one minute and increase speed to high for an additional minute—hand whisking takes about 12-13 minutes.

  3. If desired, add flavored syrup and mix on high until incorporated.

  4. Spoon over milk of choice, add a straw, and serve!
