Remoulade Sauce

 

Remoulade Sauce is a mayo or yogurt-based sauce resembling tartar sauce, but remoulade has a more savory, herb-like flavor—definitely my favorite go-to sauce for seafood. If you prefer more of a kick, you can add a little cajun spice like Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning or Slap Ya Mama cajun seasoning to the list of elements!

Elements

1 C Vegenaise or Organic Light Mayo

1 T Dijon Mustard

1/4 C Capers

1 Clove Garlic, finely minced

1 T Worcestershire Sauce

1 T Parsley, finely chopped

1 Tsp Paprika

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, chill and serve!

Serve with crab cakes, po' boy sandwiches and/or grilled or fried seafood.
