Sweet Barbecue Sauce
I couldn't decide if I should categorize this Sweet Barbecue Sauce recipe under Sauces or Decadence; it's so yummy; sweet, spicy, and finger-lickin' good! Bring baby back ribs to life, dip sausage or boudin, baste your roasted chicken, or drench your grilled shrimp.

2 C Ketchup
1 C Organic Raw Brown Cane Sugar
1/2 C Steen's Molasses or Pure Cane Syrup
2 T Yellow Mustard
2 T Coarse Ground Black Pepper
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Drops Tabasco Pepper Sauce
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
Using a funnel, pour sauce into a sterilized mason jar and refrigerate for up to 3 months; or seal jars in a water bath for pantry storage.
