Cajun Bloody Mary

A Cajun Bloody Mary turns the heat, pizzazz and flavor up a notch! Rich, tomato juice with a peppery kick and packed with celery, Worcestershire, horseradish, lemon juice and much more to start your mornings, afternoons or evenings off with a Cajun bang!

Elements:

1 Bottle Tomato Juice (46-Ounce)

12-Ounces Snap-E Tom Tomato and Chile Cocktail

1/2 C Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 C Pickled Okra Juice

3 T Cajun Seasoning

2 T Worcestershire Sauce

2 T Prepared Horseradish

1 Tsp Celery Seeds

1/2 Tsp Celery Salt

1 Tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper

1-1/2 C Vodka

Garnishes: Pickled Okra; Green Olives; Celery Stalks;

Crispy Bacon Slices; Lemon and Lime Wedges

Directions:

  1. In a large pitcher, add tomato juice, Snap-E Tom juice, lemon juice, okra juice, worcestershire, horseradish, and celery seeds; stir well.

  2. Add vodka, cilantro, Cajun seasoning, celery salt and black pepper; stir until well combined.

  3. Wet the rim of a glass with lemon or lime juice and dip into Cajun seasoning or sea salt.

  4. Pour cocktail over ice, garnish and serve!
